What a great start to 2015 !!!

Superb news for a great start to the new year ... congratulations Winty who was in our last batch of student intake in December 2014... a whopping 9.8kg drop with 7.2% body fat drop in 6 weeks with us !

Fantastic results!! Well done to Winty and her coaches Cindy and Agnes!

Busy month of November for the team . We welcome Steven to the program . He is being coached by coach Bernard and assisted by coach in training Janet .

We are also pleased to welcome the bubbly Winty and Mei Yee to the program . Winty has the coach Cindy guiding her while Mei Yee is coached by coach Sheau Wah assisted by coach in training Tsu Ee.

25 . 09 . 11 : a date to remember

It was the 25th day of September and team perfect fit had an afternoon to remember.  Team Perfect Fit had an afternoon tea with coaches and students all enjoying an awesome afternoon of fun.  The men had a work shop on financial intelligence and the women had an a wonderful time with a professional make up artist! On top of that coach Amy who was the host became the chef of the day!  Home made chicken rice, salads and finger food made the menu of the day and boy was it awesomely delicious!

BUSY AS A BEE!

These past few months have been amazing!

We've had so much to do and so little time to tell you about it. But we're gonna give it our best shot.

We're sure you all know the age old saying that a good picture is worth a thousand words. As this is our best shot after all (refer to previous paragraph for why it is our "best shot"), we have alot of awesome photographs (mostly using the iPhone) worth a few gazillion words which were taken by our super skilled amateur photographers (hereinafter referred to as "the awesome photographs").

So sit back, relax and enjoy what is definately our best report yet, with all the awesome photographs (see, we did refer to it again) -

 There is never a dull moment. Startups are always very exciting. It is hard not to have so much fun when we get to help those who have made a decision to take control of their health and manage their weight.

The fun continues as the coaches and students go SHOPPING after the startups to make sure that they learn not only how to eat healthily but how to buy healthily as well. Half the battle is won knowing what is available out there and how to choose from what is available.

 

There is definately more to come!  Perfect Fit wishes to welcome Chine (coach in training), Vivienne Cheah, Peh khaik Kee, Lillian Agelis, JD, Caroline, Terrence Leow, Katherine, Yee Chin, Toh, Razman, Cheryl, Stella, Audrey, CK, Alex and many more...

Perfect Fit got back into full swing in the month of March 2010 with a full house both at our preview and our start up.

The house was filled to it's brim with people either enquiring about the Healthpointe programe with Perfect Fit or attending our start up class. Wooo hooo... what a rush!!!!!

Perfect Fit welcomes coach in training Ika and her sister in law Paizah,  Lai Wan, Catherine and Mandy into the programme.

January start ups in Kuala Lumpur

Team Perfect Fit Malaysia has kept themselves busy in January 2010 with quite a few students starting up with us despite the upcoming festivities and holidays.

We welcome the following students into the the programme... Yew Chin, Tiffany, Sook Fun and Sook Sean.

We also welcome another coach in training Carmen Chong to the team.

Unfortunately, the coaches doing the start ups did not take pictures of the start ups..... coaches!! hint hint (again!)

The one student who's start up we have pictures of is Hanani who is a young lady with a big heart. Her jovial self and contagious laugh brightens everyone around her. Hanani has a strong interest in health and is raring to get started on the program.
