How often have you heard of people who embark on a diet programme which they found online or from books or even from well meaning friends only to see them quit after a few weeks or even days?

One of the main reasons for this is that these people have no idea of whether what they are doing is right or wrong and they do not have anyone to be accountable to and hence more often than not find themselves "postponing" the diet or "cheating a little here and there".... ultimately, it is wasted efforts and no results.

Perfect Fit coaches are specially trained on the Healhpointe methods and are dedicated to providing you with the right motivation and guidance on your path to achieving the weight that you desire. Each student is assigned a personal coach who will be be with him/her throughout the programme.

Our team continues to grow and are now providing coaching currently in Malaysia, Singapore Hong Kong and Australia. We are able to service customers from abroad as well via the use of the internet.
