We have asked our whole team of coaches to compile a list of frequently asked questions that they receive about the coaching method and the Healthpointe programme and have listed them down here together with the response that the team feels is most appropriate.
We will be listing down general questions concerning the Healthpointe programme and coaching by the Perfect Fit team only and as each individual's body has a different physiology and make up, we will suggest that students who are undergoing the programme who has specific questions to refer their questions directly to their coach or to email their queries to enquiries@perfectfit.com.my listing down your name, phone number and your coach's name so that we can provide you more specific answers to your queries.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS:-
1. How much would it cost me?The answer to this question varies and depends on each individual's circumstances and needs. Our coach needs to have a chat with you to know exactly what is needed to best help you. 2. How long is the programme for?Again this depends on each individual and your circumstances. Generally, our programme works on a 45 day cycle and as a guide, our students typically lose between 5 to 10kgs of weight in one cycle. (*note that this depends from person to person and varies according to physiology and a student's determination and ability to follow the programme closely)
3. Is healthpointe suitable for everyone?Generally yes. The exceptions are pregnant ladies, lactating mothers, type 1 diabetic patient and people who have severe kidney problems. In the event that you have any pre-existing medical conditions, we will always suggest that you consult your doctor on the suitability of the healthpointe programme for you.
4. Are there any drugs involved in this programme?No, healthpointe is a drug free programme that uses only natural foods in the right portions and type.
5. Will I be required to do a lot of exercise? I have injuries that prevent me from doing strenuous exercise, can I still do the programme?The beauty of healthpointe is it's flexibility and the fact that there are no strenuous exercise involved. Light exercise or activities are recommended. That makes it very suitable for most people.
6. I love to eat...will I feel hungry during the programme?With our programme, our students will not experience any hunger or cravings as there will be frequent eating/snacking. It is a happy programme!
7. I am a vegetarian, can I get on the programme?Yes, we have programmes tailored for vegetarians. Your coach/consultant will be able to guide you on this.
