We are having a walk-about this Saturday at the Bukit Kiara Park. (*note: picture deplicted is not that of Bukit Kiara Park!!!! it's the only one we could get at the last minute)
Nice clean crisp forest air... beautiful sceneries..... delighthful company!
Get those steps in and bring those fats level down!
Place to meet: Bukit Kiara Forest Reserve car park- KLGCC private back road entrance at Taman Tun (near VADS)

Time: 7.30am
Participants: HP students past and present and coaches (and anyone else interested to just walk and chat)
Activity: walk followed by weekly measurements at Bern/Pam's house and breakfast.
