A coach's inspiration....

It is so gratifying for the coaching team to receive affirmations that the work we do are showing results and we are able to help people achieve their desired goals with their health and wellness.

The friendship and bond that develops as we walk the Healthpointe journey with our students are things that money cannot buy....

Dear Cindy & Bernard,

Both Yeo and myself are already in the 2nd week of Healthpointe program, and we indeed thrilled with the results! Stepping onto weighting scale is something that we look forward every morning:) In fact, people surrounding us noticed our change too. Thanks for your helps and patience in tolerating all my "OCD" questions..haha...and promise we will keep it up! Cheers...
