Perfect Fit welcomes Aly Cheah from Holland!
Aly is a lovely and soft spoken mother of 5 who has made Malaysia her home for 20 years now and by her own reckoning, speaks English like a true Malaysian with full Malaysian intonation!
Attending her start up on 5 March 2009, she starts on her healthpointe journey this week and is raring to go.
Fast forward to now (May 2009) ....
Aly has completed one cycle of the Healthpointe programme with us and has lost 7kgs and a whopping 39.5cm overall. Here's what Aly has to say about the programme.
