There are some special people who defy conventional thinking and take charge of their own lives.... Team Perfect Fit came across a few of such people who ignored the fact that December/January are months of festivities and parties and decided to take their health above the need for celebration and parties.... these brave souls started off on the Healthpointe programme at a time when most people would give excuses.... well done you all!!!!
The following are the brave souls... welcome Azizah, Carmen Ma, Nizam Zainun, Susanna, Afandi, Sabariah and Joanne. Unfortunately we again do not have pictures of everyone (coaches please take note!).
We also welcome Ngei Mei as a new coach in training with our team!

yes, i must agree that these group of students started on new year are special. Afandi and Sabariah together with their spouse Zurina and Harun were at their coach's house on the new year eve and we finished the start up briefing almost at mid night. Coach Christy has to see the fire works on her way home not being with her family at mid night, what a team spirit! Well done coach yen, wilson and christy!! all of them has shown dedication to their students even before the start of the program...oh yes, by the way, afandi and sabariah both has drop 3kg already...more to go..keep up the good work guys!!
ReplyDeleteYup.....it was a special experience celebrating the 2010 new year eve with a team who really care about their health and dedicate to our business...and of course the fireworks and traffic jam on the highway back home...
