Perfect Fit is slowly but surely making a name for itself and as part of our health and wellness outreach programme, we have been invited to conduct workshops for the Rotary Club of Kajang (16 March 2010), Jebco (26 March 2010) and Crystal Edge. Rotary Club of Kajang

Coaches Sheau Wah, Oei and Bernard from KL travelled to Kajang on the invitation of the Rotary Club of Kajang.
We arrived early at Kajang as we left KL earlier not knowing traffic conditions.... arriving early has it's benefits... this is Kajang we are talking about.... where else should we head but to hit the satay stalls???? Yummmyyyyyyy.....
Upon arrival at the meeting, we were greeted warmly by the President of the Club and the rest of the members. It was an early evening meeting and food was prepared for all. But we were unfortunately already full with our fill of satay. The meeting started on time with the board members running thru reports on the latest social welfare activities carried out by the Rotary Club of Kajang.... we were touched and impressed by the number of projects that they carried out and at the outcome of such projects as it can be seen that the members had a sincere caring heart for the society and took pains to make plans for the long term benefits of causes they took on. It was clear that they took the principal of "teach a man to fish" instead of just "feeding the man" .
Close to 25 people were present for our talk which was conducted by coaches Bernard and Oei. It was a really pleasant crowd to address and we are happy to be able to provide some insights into the areas of health and wellness to the Rotary Club of Kajang.... thank you for having us over.
