A couple of weeks ago, we wrote about Perfect Fit reaching out to the community by running our workshops with corporations and social organisations like the Rotary Club.
We were also recently invited by JEBCO (a large manufacturing company) to run a similar workshop to create awareness on the prevalence of obesity as well as weight management issues for their workers. It was a full house in the training room as coaches Bernard and Sheau Wah conducted the workshop. All attendees paid full attention and were given the oppurtunity to know what their present state of health looked like. Thank you JEBCO for having us over.
