Keep going Ronald!!!!!

Ronald Tan  from Melaka is one of the most gentle and cooperative persons we have ever coached.... when we first met him, our machines could not do a reading on  his body fat levels as he was too heavy.... he just smiled and said

"   I have more incentive to get started then.... first goal... get a reading from the machine"

A gentle giant he is.... we were so pleased for him when after just a few days in the program he called to say
" Coach, I have a reading!!!!!!"

 Look at him doing so well today.... quietly carrying on into his 3rd cycle without complaints...
