Ever wondered how you would react when faced with danger? 

Would you like to know how to protect yourself when you need to? 

Want to learn simple basic techniques to get away from danger? 

Learn from TWO martial arts experts. 

Master Taekwondo exponent from Versatile Resources Center who will conduct two special session on

 simple techniques of self defence and smart survival skills suitable for both women and men.

8 am sharp to 9.30am (come on time!!!)

Dress code: Comfortable exercise clothing

1. This special initiative of the Perfect Fit Team is a community service project and is FOC
2. Perfect Fit reserves the right to change the time and venue of the event and/or to cancel the event as it deems fit.
3. while this is a light introductory class and we expect no injuries to occur, Perfect Fit and it's coaches shall not be responsible for any injury/damage/loss of/to persons or property arising from participation in this event.
4. in the event that all slots are filled, we will roster all registrants to the next available class and will keep the registrant informed accordingly.
