Elizabeth is a really petite and fun lady who is as fit as a fiddle. Has always been interested in sports and fitness and in being a trainer. Liz works in marketing and is absolutely the perfect person to help us kick start the Perfect Fit team in Singapore.
Liz began her training as a coach immediately after our initial meeting with her and did the start up of her training in our hotel room! Liz.... we shall remember this memorable day when Perfect Fit started in Singapore in the Park Royal Hotel... 15 March 2009.

Footnote: The Perfect Fit team just came back from a activity filled weekend in Singapore, met up with some absolutely wonderful people there. We will be back there in two weeks to start up more new students whom we could not fit in the time to start up and to get things all set up for our activities there. We are fired up about the Singapore market and from our discussions with the people we met, it is clear that there is a need for Perfect Fit in Singapore.
