Hong Kong... what a city!!!!

Team Perfect Fit Hong Kong update... coach Bernard paid another visit to the hustling and bustling city of Hong Kong last weekend (6 Nov to 8 Nov 09) and what a weekend he had......

Bernard found time to catch up with our coaches from Hong Kong Irene and Yeo for some business planning sessions and to EAT EAT and EAT and was brought around by Irene and Yeo for a bit of shopping in the busy city of Hong Kong.

Lucky him... he was brought round to all the best local delicacies and the most authentic eating places possible. Fantastically satisfying!!!!! Burrrrpp!

As usual, it wasn't all play... coach Bernard managed to meet up with quite a few prospective students and coaches who will be joining Team Perfect Fit in the near future.

There were also 4 new students in Hong Kong who did a start up session with coach Bernard while he was around..

Team Perfect Fit Hong Kong welcomes Pat, Anil, Peng and Guan to the programme... these 4 people had a fun start up class with coach Bernard and there were lots of laughter and banter as it was obvious they were really comfortable with each other. .

These new students were also taken for shopping with coach Bernard.... Perfect Fit style.... shopping was in the swanky City's Super at IFC mall down in Central.... it's a huge and beautiful supermarket... and obviously very upmarket...with lots and lots of food stuff to choose from.

These 4 sharp professionals who enjoy their lives and food expressed their excitement to start on the program and had many questions... all the best you all. Watch this space for updates on their progress
