What are we about?

Once in a while... we, Team Perfect Fit, have to show the serious side of ourselves. So here we go.....

1. the world is facing huge problems with weight issues and it's consequences are also huge.

2. WHO's consistent message is this :-
a. this is preventable.
b.the solution has got to be both in a proper diet as well as in adequate activities.
c. it is the DUTY of ALL STAKEHOLDERS (meaning ALL OF US : we are earthlings who are affected by this ) to provide supportive environment and communities to the individuals to handle this situation.

In case you are not clear by now (which will be shocking).... this is exactly what Perfect Fit is all about... we coach and support individuals and corporations in learning about healthy diets and adequate activities, we provide the environment and the community so that this transformation can take place.
