These past few months have been amazing!
We've had so much to do and so little time to tell you about it. But we're gonna give it our best shot.
We're sure you all know the age old saying that a good picture is worth a thousand words. As this is our best shot after all (refer to previous paragraph for why it is our "best shot"), we have alot of awesome photographs (mostly using the iPhone) worth a few gazillion words which were taken by our super skilled amateur photographers (hereinafter referred to as "the awesome photographs").

There is never a dull moment. Startups are always very exciting. It is hard not to have so much fun when we get to help those who have made a decision to take control of their health and manage their weight.
The fun continues as the coaches and students go SHOPPING after the startups to make sure that they learn not only how to eat healthily but how to buy healthily as well. Half the battle is won knowing what is available out there and how to choose from what is available.
