Hong Kong... what a city!!!!

Team Perfect Fit Hong Kong update... coach Bernard paid another visit to the hustling and bustling city of Hong Kong last weekend (6 Nov to 8 Nov 09) and what a weekend he had......

Bernard found time to catch up with our coaches from Hong Kong Irene and Yeo for some business planning sessions and to EAT EAT and EAT and was brought around by Irene and Yeo for a bit of shopping in the busy city of Hong Kong.

Lucky him... he was brought round to all the best local delicacies and the most authentic eating places possible. Fantastically satisfying!!!!! Burrrrpp!

As usual, it wasn't all play... coach Bernard managed to meet up with quite a few prospective students and coaches who will be joining Team Perfect Fit in the near future.

There were also 4 new students in Hong Kong who did a start up session with coach Bernard while he was around..

Team Perfect Fit Hong Kong welcomes Pat, Anil, Peng and Guan to the programme... these 4 people had a fun start up class with coach Bernard and there were lots of laughter and banter as it was obvious they were really comfortable with each other. .

These new students were also taken for shopping with coach Bernard.... Perfect Fit style.... shopping was in the swanky City's Super at IFC mall down in Central.... it's a huge and beautiful supermarket... and obviously very upmarket...with lots and lots of food stuff to choose from.

These 4 sharp professionals who enjoy their lives and food expressed their excitement to start on the program and had many questions... all the best you all. Watch this space for updates on their progress

Hong Kong in focus!

Coaches Bernard and Pam from Team Perfect Fit Malaysia paid a visit to Hong Kong to support Team Perfect Fit Hong Kong last week (9 October till 12 October 2009)... this is part of the teamwork to get things cranking in Hong Kong.

Just like how it went with Singapore and Muar... the team flew into Hong Kong to provide training, support and to conduct customer workshops. The team also met up with a few new potential coaches of Perfect Fit to get them acquainted with our working style.

The HP workshop was conducted in Nathan Road and it was very well attended. Broken down into 3 sessions... the first being a Preview of Healthpointe, the second being a short coaches training session for Hong Kong HP coaches and the third part being a Q& A session on the practical aspects of being an effective coach.

The 3 sessions had to be translated into Cantonese as our coach Bernard's Cantonese would have confused more than informed... which made it interesting... weird English words dealing with heatlh from cholesterol to bile and carbohydrates had to be translated into weirder sounding Cantonese words..... but it went well and was well received.

Coach Bernard was not feeling very well on the day of the workshop in Hong Kong but decided to carry on with the workshop non the less ( ahem, dedication ) ... hence the pictures shows him in a face mask.

We are looking forward to bigger things happenning in the Hong Kong market for team Perfect Fit... watch this space for more news from Hong Kong!!!!!!

*Flash back 13 Feb 2009

This affable and easy going husband and wife team is starting on Healthpointe this week and attended a start up session yesterday night.

There was a look of excited anticipation on both their faces. Ready with notebooks and pen, they absorbed the instructions of their coach diligently.


We look forward to seeing their progress and seeing a new couple when they are done.... ALL THE BEST you two! Do us proud!

and YES .. Perfect Fit is INDEED really proud of Irene & Yeo!!!!

Despite being overseas and away from their coaches, they were both one of the most diligent and consistent students we have had. Their reporting was clockwork daily and so complete it puts puts some of our local students to shame. All coaches dream of having students like these two. And they so deserve the results that they got.

Irene & Yeo are now in training to become Perfect Fit coaches in Hong Kong and with their attitude and determination, we KNOW they will be very successful coaches there. Anyone coached by them will learn a lot from them as they were excellent students themselves.
