Perfect Fit rocking it at Maybank!!!

Here's a question.... will you be retiring with your money and health in tact???

The Perfect Fit weight management team had a fantastic and fruitful day out working with our partner Maybank.... at a recent launch event held at Dataran Maybank.

One of the main feature and attraction of the day was the Perfect Fit Health Series talks which was well attended and received great feedback!

It was a hectic day but a fun filled, enjoyable and very rewarding day for Team Perfect Fit.... we are certainly looking forward to the next event with Maybank and Etiqa..

It was a success... so says our partner for the event as well... thank you Maybank and Etiqa for having us and we certainly will look forward to working with you again... till the next event!

What a weekend!!!!

We said we would have a blast in Air Keroh, Melaka last weekend for Perfect Fit coaches' foundation class and we sure did..... we learned hard, played hard, ate loads, cried buckets and laughed loud.....

Thank you Perfect Fitters Malaysia and Singapore for creating such a fantastic atmosphere and being such a fantastic family!

Here are some pics.....

Perfect Fitters from KL met at 6am for breakfast before travelling together to Melaka... it was an early start to the day  but no one was complaining... the excitement was building up and can be seen in the smiles as everyone slowly arrived.

It's the first session ... and it's a full house... Perfect Fit going strong!

The fun and chaos started early!!!!

It wasn't all play as there were some serious sessions where the coaches were fully focused and working hard.

The trainers for this round of foundation class .... Senior coaches Sheau Wah, Cindy , Pam and Bernard.  Good job coaches!

Plenty of food... thank you Puteri Resort for putting up a good spread .... and after a long day which started at around 5am for most people, we still travelled into Melaka town for the famous Satay Celup supper reaching back to the hotel close to 1am!!! Anything for food!!!

Time for a photoshoot!!! Meet the team!

Like we said.... loads of laugther!!!!

We had fun!!! Till the next foundation class!!!! :)

A busy but fun day with Maybank

Team Perfect Fit is reporting in on their pilot project with Maybank and Etiqa held on 19 July 2012 at Maybank SS2.

We had loads of fun with the friendly and generous Maybank and Etiqa staff and met many people from the local community who came to find out more about their current state of health and how to plan for a long healthy life.

Peace amongst chaos....

Heavy police presence outside of Dataran Merdeka

A day after the now famous Bersih 3.0 Rally that went on in the heart of Kuala Lumpur... Perfect Fit was invited to attend a week long Yoga Exhibition at the Dataran Merdeka.

Coach Tze Wye preparing to give a talk at the exhibition

Amidst heavy police and enforcement units presence in the area, security was tight and many were not allowed to park in the Dataran Merdeka car park and there was an air uncertainty around... however, all of that didn't seem to stop health conscious yoga enthusiasts from slowly flocking into the exhibition.

Parking further away and finding their way into the area by foot and assuring the authorities that they were there for peaceful purposes.

Our  usual colorful booth

Team Perfect Fit also went thru the same challenges but managed to attend the whole week of the exhibition and managed to have fun and a fruitful time indeed. Here are some pictures of the events!

Again... we have to thank the management of HOSPITAL SUNGAI LONG for sponsoring our booth for this whole event...  we truly appreciate your generosity and certainly enjoy working with you.
