Perfect Fit Muar welcomes more students

Inaugural coaches meeting in Muar

Team Perfect Fit had their first coaches meeting in Muar last Saturday (17 October 2009) to plan their activities and to work out the team's direction moving forward into the last quarter of the year.


It's exciting times for the team as from a mere student starting up in Muar (Irene), the student base has really grown and the coaching base has also started to pick up in Muar.


Coaches Pam and Sheau Wah from Kuala Lumpur made the trip to Muar to guide the Muar Perfect Fit coaches/coaches in training with our systematic methods of training new people to prepare them to be great coaches as well as to guide them on the use of our business and personal development education system.

Seen in the pictures is coach Sheau conducting the training meeting and in attendance are coaches Irene and Kok Peng and coaches in training Ben, Megan and Keem. The writer is told that it was a really fun session with lots of opinions and excitement in the team.


This is a fantastic coaching team from Muar and as said before in our previous postings.... Muar town is going to get Perfectly Fit.... it's already started...

Team Perfect Fit welcomes yet another student in Muar.

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our coaches Irene and Kok Peng in Muar and to the excellent results our students there has been getting.... our Perfect Fit community in Muar continues to grow.

7 students and counting coming into the programme in Muar... this is going to make Muar a priority town for the team.

Seen here is coach Irene doing another start up with her newest students Hui San and Fiona. The lady in the mask is Fiona who was feeling under the weather during the start up and is a great example of a responsible citizen who takes measures not to infect the others around her!! We are glad to have someone who has such high civic conciousness join our family.

And no... that little girl in the middle is NOT gonna to be a student for now.

Taking Muar by storm.... another Perfect Fitter in Muar

We are absolutely besides ourselves with the progress we are making in Muar with our really independant coach Irene. Our self starter student has now turned into a really self sufficient coach and is getting herself a following in Muar.

Currently coaching her 5th student in Muar ever since she started.... Irene is doing wonderfully well.

Here is Irene starting Shaw Chee who is a very young lady indeed together with co-coach Pam from KL again via online video conferencing two days ago (5 August 2009).

Still in secondary school, Shaw Chee is a very jovial girl and provides a ray of sunshine to everyone around her. She attended her start up class together with her mum and 2 siblings! How about that for family support!

The town of Muar is getting Perfectly Fit!

We welcomed our second student from Muar yesterday (22 July 2009). Siau Hwee is a shy but decisive young lady who works in the manufacturing line. She is being coached by our coach in training Irene (our first Perfect Fit coach in Muar!!) together with coach Pam.

The start up was done via teleconference between Pam in KL and Siau Hwee and Irene in Muar. We are lookin forward to seeing how Siau Hwee fares... all the best!

Time flies when you are having fun.... Irene is just about to complete her one cycle of Healthpointe and despite not having much to lose... she dropped 5 kgs and many many inches around her in Five weeks..

Irene is a really interesting young lady with many pursuits in life. She is a swimming instructor, a cafe/pub owner and also a flavoured tea trader. (click HERE to view Irene's tea biz website) This decisive young lady is getting ready for her wedding and while being not overweight... she wants to look great for the occassion.

MUAR, JOHOR is getting Perfectly Fit!!!!

Team Perfect Fit visited Muar, Johor last Sunday 14 June 2009 at the invitation of Irene, our first coach from Muar and as usual....... we had a blast.



The first thing that we noticed as we were getting close to Muar was the abundance of durian stalls along the road side...... YUMMMYYYY.... most of our coaches are durian lovers.... the trip to Muar was beginning to look good.

One thing we can say is.... the durian was really good and really cheap!

We were brought round by Irene and her fiance Kok Peng to sample Muar's most famous food... we visited Restaurant Chun Hui which serves Muar's all time favourite Asam Fish and Otak Otak. This restaurant is apparently a favourite of all visitors from out of town especially Singaporeans.... Kok Peng really out did himself and ordered some fantastic dishes like Sambal Sotong/Prawns (yummmm), veg (we are Healthpointers after all), 2 plates of Asam Fish (heavenly) and one big plate of steamed otak-otak with eggs (no words to describe). Our photographer (Bernard) was so busy tucking in he forgot to take pics of the food! (sorry!)

The benefits of having been on Healthpointe is the ability to eat without any fear or guilt!!!! Looks like Muar will be seeing lots of Perfect Fit coaches in the future!

We were of course there to work and not just play... we held a healthpointe customer preview at the Xiang Recreation Club belonging to Irene and her family. It is a beautiful and thriving club with lots of activities going on when we were around.

Our well attended preview was held inside the Xiang Xuan Cafe and we had a really good turn out. All participants took advantage of our free body scan and some went away realising that their body may not be at it's optimal best!

Muar town is going to see and hear more about Perfect Fit from now on with our first coach Irene doing a great job promoting the team! See you around!

Having visited our blog on her friend's recommendation, she contacted us to find out more about the programme over the phone and made an instant decision to start the programme. She paid for the programme by online tranfer of funds right after she put down the phone and she sent a courier company to pick up her equipment from us to be delivered to her in Muar and the very next day, she did a start up with us online via computer.

How is that for decisiveness and independance? Fantastic... we are excited to have such go getters with us.... all the best Irene!
