The Perfect Fit Northern Roadshow Pt.2 - the Penang Story

Admit it..... everyone who ever steps foot in Penang always leaves with an extra kilo or two.... It's a city of FOOD, FOOD, FOOD AND then more FOOD. Just look up Perfect Fit... we will take care of the extra kilos for you... hahahaha.

Team Perfect Fit continued their fun trip from Ipoh and arrived at Prai for their first dose of the famous Penang hawker fare. Too good!!!!! Mind boggling variety of decadence!!!  

The team put up at Vistana Apartments.... very nice, very decent for the price we paid... highly recommended if you are having activities at the Bayan Lepas/Gelugor side of the Island.

Our workshop at Bukit Jambul Golf Club went well. A beautiful club with great facilities and friendly and helpful staff. A full house again and we most certainly intend to be back soon.

Perfect Fit Penang!

Perfect Fit starts up another student and a coach in training from Penang in April.

Husband and wife Alex Boey and Joyce joins Perfect Fit with Alex getting onto the Healthpointe Programme with us and Joyce will undergo training to become a Perfect Fit coach in Penang.  This loving couple are always exchanging jokes with each other thru out the start up class and shopping trip with coach Bernard from KL.

Perfect Fit Northern Roadshow

Team Perfect Fit is on the move again.... this time we are going up North.... destination town/cities.... IPOH and PENANG.

We intend to do some work with our Healthpointe workshops,  have loads of  fun together as a team and savor the famous Ipoh and Penang delicacies.

The location is set, the itinerary planned, local food seekers appointed, accomodation booked, drivers appointed and speakers at our workshop allocated..... we are all set to go!!!!! IPOH & PENANG.... HERE WE COME!!!!

Ipoh HealthPointe Workshop

Speaker : Coach Liew Sheau Wah

Sheau Wah had a very successful career as an executive search consultant and began coaching students with the Perfect Fit team two years ago.  She has had many students under her wings with great success and is one of our most sought after coaches. A real "people person", Sheau Wah is truly a very passionate and compassionate coach who understands her students' needs and is able to guide them to complete their healthpointe programme with ease..

She is such a popular coach that she gave up her well paying job as a search consultant to become a full time coach with the Perfect Fit team as being a coach fits well with her interest in health and wellness as well as her desire to help many people to regain their health. 

Residents of Ipoh are in for a treat at this workshop as Sheau Wah is very well versed with the Healthpointe programme and is also an animated and fun speaker.

Speaker: Coach Patrick Lim

Coach Patrick is a real testament to the Healthpointe Programme with the Perfect Fit team. Having been a student with us, he lost a total of 14kgs using the programme. 

A bona fide food lover and a great cook, Patrick had always struggled with weight and healthy eating and had tried many ways of managing his weight. Today, he is a strong proponent of Healthpointe as he has found it to be the answer to his struggles with weight and his love for food. "After the Healthpointe programme, I no longer have to worry so much each time I wish to enjoy my food".

Patrick has since become a coach with our team and is beginning to have a strong student base. Patrick is a lawyer by profession and is articulate, friendly and funny. 

Having been a great student and now coach, Patrick will be able to give good insight to the people of Penang on our programme both from a student's perspective as well as from a coach's perspective. We look forward to hearing from him. 

HI HO!!! It's back to work we go!!!

The festivities are finally over... everyone's back in town.... and Perfect Fit is back in full swing..

The team welcomed Yee Yin and Lai Lian from Kuala Lumpur to the programme last week on 25 Feb 2010 with their start up session and followed by a shopping session as well.

Yee Yin is an optimistic, good natured and ambitious senior executive in the media space industry and she knows what she wants. For her birthday, she bought herself an ideal birthday present in the form of the healthpointe program with Perfect Fit.

Lai Lian is a lovely lady from the legal fraternity who places health as one of her priorities. A really friendly and bubbly person, it looks like it's gonna be a fun and interesting 6 weeks for her coach.  

And Coach Tze Wye worked extra hard travelling to Penang for a start up session with our newest student Keat Nee. A good natured, jovial and successful chartered accountant with his own consultany practice and he is passionate about life and health. He intends to  further contribute to the growth of the team as a coach and this comes at the right time as Perfect Fit is planning to establish ourselves in Penang next.
