Meet our champion for 2010

The Perfect Fit weight management team ran the "Perfect Fit Challenge" 2010 last year and we are proud to present to you the winner of the challenge... here are the stats after 2 cycles (3 months with Perfect Fit) :-

1. Dropped  a total of 16kgs 
2. Dropped 9% body fat (38.7% to 29.7%)
3. Cholesterol levels dropped from 5.3 to 3.6
4. triglyceride levels dropped from 3.7 to 1.4

What can we say.....we are  who  you need to look for if you want serious weight loss coaches and if you want to lose weight healthily.

Time flies when you are having fun.... Irene is just about to complete her one cycle of Healthpointe and despite not having much to lose... she dropped 5 kgs and many many inches around her in Five weeks..

Team Perfect Fit is pleased to welcome our first student from Muar.

Irene is a really interesting young lady with many pursuits in life. She is a swimming instructor, a cafe/pub owner and also a flavoured tea trader. (click HERE to view Irene's tea biz website) This decisive young lady is getting ready for her wedding and while being not overweight... she wants to look great for the occassion.
