Perfect Fitters went for a day of fun and to test their resolve in overcoming and conquering their fears.... ESPECIALLY any fear of heights that they may have.
Ready with food and plenty of water, Perfect Fitters headed out in 4 cars towards the Skytrek Adventure Park at Shah Alam last Saturday afternoon.
What a thrill it turned out to be as we climbed up very very long rope ladders, navigated thin wires, criss crossed planks, moving obstacles and swung from tree to tree on exhilarating firefox rides while almost 4 stories high.Skytrek is a beautifully laid out course amongst very majestically tall trees and looks to be very well managed. Safety was paramount as we were given instructions on how to use safety equipment and how to behave while on the course.
While it was scary... we can see that the safety equipment provided made all activities very safe.
Overall, there were tears of fear which slowly turned into tears of joy at being able to conquer the fear, there were squeals of enjoyment as we whizzed along on the firefox and high fives all around as we finished the almost hour long adventure. And of course there was plenty of good food and good company.
Definitely an enjoyable day for Team Perfect Fit and we will certainly be back to conquer the dreaded "Extreme" Course.
What true experience for self challenge! Thanks for the team encouragement to make me making the decision to take up the challenge and finish up the route.....Thanks a lot teammates!
