What a weekend!!!!

We said we would have a blast in Air Keroh, Melaka last weekend for Perfect Fit coaches' foundation class and we sure did..... we learned hard, played hard, ate loads, cried buckets and laughed loud.....

Thank you Perfect Fitters Malaysia and Singapore for creating such a fantastic atmosphere and being such a fantastic family!

Perfect Fitters from KL met at 6am for breakfast before travelling together to Melaka... it was an early start to the day  but no one was complaining... the excitement was building up and can be seen in the smiles as everyone slowly arrived.

It's the first session ... and it's a full house... Perfect Fit going strong!

The fun and chaos started early!!!!

It wasn't all play as there were some serious sessions where the coaches were fully focused and working hard. 

The trainers for this round of foundation class .... Senior coaches Sheau Wah, Cindy , Pam and Bernard.  Good job coaches!

Plenty of food... thank you Puteri Resort for putting up a good spread .... and after a long day which started at around 5am for most people, we still travelled into Melaka town for the famous Satay Celup supper reaching back to the hotel close to 1am!!! Anything for food!!!
